1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Proton88 ("Proton88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Proton88 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://proton88.cam and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, birthday reward, referral reward, or other incentive offered by Proton88 to Players from time to time.
• "Deposit" means any real-money transfer made by a Player into their Proton88 Account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Proton88 for account activation and withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the Proton88 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Services" means the online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, instant games, and all other gaming products made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before a Bonus or Bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of withdrawable funds from a Player's Account to a payment method held in the Player's name.

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Proton88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant, at the time of registration and on a continuing basis, that:

1. You are aged 21 years or older. Proton88 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to any person under the age of 21.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment and recreational purposes.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended, closed, or terminated by Proton88 for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
6. The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any form of criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of Proton88 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Proton88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held in accounts found to be in violation of this rule.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at Proton88's discretion at any other time, Players will be required to complete identity verification by submitting the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding 3 months).
• A clear selfie photograph of the Player holding their photo identification document.
• Where applicable, documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds.

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Proton88 reserves the right to extend this period where additional verification is required. Players are advised to upload documents only through the secure, HTTPS-encrypted Platform interface.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Proton88 support immediately via the live chat facility available on the Platform.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves financial risk. You should only wager amounts that you can afford to lose.
• Past game results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer products, by real-time physical game mechanics.
• Proton88 does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for interruptions to Services caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• You will not use the Platform for any commercial or business purpose, or allow any third party to use your Account.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the Platform, exploit software errors, or gain any unfair advantage over other Players.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Proton88 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing time.

Proton88 does not charge deposit processing fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. Please check with your payment provider accordingly.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the Player's Account has been fully verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.

Proton88 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended for accounts flagged for additional security review, large withdrawal amounts, or where documentation is pending. Proton88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Players must have met all applicable Wagering Requirements associated with any Bonus funds prior to requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that include unwagered Bonus funds may have the Bonus portion forfeited prior to processing.

6.3 Currency

The primary operating currency of Proton88 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All displayed balances, wagering requirements, and transaction amounts are shown in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit processing.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Proton88 offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including a stated Wagering Requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games, and validity period.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Proton88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Proton88 reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or other fraudulent activity.
• Players who open multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once will have all associated accounts terminated and all balances forfeited.
• Birthday bonus rewards are based on the VIP tier held by the Player at the time of their birthday month and require a verified account with accurate date of birth on file.
• Referral bonuses are subject to the referred friend completing a qualifying first deposit. Proton88 reserves the right to conduct verification checks on all referral claims.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Proton88 Platform are subject to the applicable rules for each individual game or sports market. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept the relevant game or sports betting rules in full.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, and other domestic and international competitions), UFC, basketball, tennis, and other sports — are offered subject to the specific market rules published on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between live odds displayed and the odds applicable at the time a bet was placed, the odds confirmed in the bet slip shall apply.

Proton88 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, insider information, technical error, or an obvious pricing error in the published odds.

8.2 Casino and Instant Games

All casino games — including slots, live Baccarat, live Blackjack, live Roulette, Sic Bo, and instant-win games — are operated using independently certified RNG technology (for digital games) or professional licensed live dealer infrastructure (for live studio games). Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for individual games within the Platform's game information panels.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Proton88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Creating or operating more than one (1) Account on the Platform.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
3. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players.
4. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
5. Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name or from fraudulent payment sources.
6. Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
7. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
8. Abusing promotional offers through systematic exploitation, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating with others to exploit bonus terms.
9. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.

10 Responsible Gambling

Proton88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a source of income or to address financial difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them once they have reached a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period (from 1 day to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Requests should be directed to our 24/7 support team.
• Loss Limits: Players may define maximum loss thresholds per day or per week. Once the threshold is reached, wagering access is paused until the next period begins.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Proton88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Proton88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proton88, its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, Proton88 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, Platform downtime, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, FPX operators, or e-wallet service providers.
• Errors in displayed odds that are subsequently corrected prior to bet settlement.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Proton88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Maintaining the Account would expose Proton88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, Proton88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the Proton88 support team. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

14 Amendments to Terms

Proton88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and applicable commercial law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Proton88 operates under international gaming regulations applicable to online gaming and sports betting platforms. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
